Red Carpet Fashion: 2015 BET Awards

The 2015 BET Awards went down last night in LA and that means some of music's biggest stars stepped out to celebrate.

Amber Rose and her "date" Blac Chyna hit the red carpet in matching white pantsuits.  While both ladies look great, I didn't quite get the point.

Angela Simmons donned an embellished Patbo frock and Christian Louboutin pumps.

Hosts Anthony Anderson and Tracee Ellis Ross coordinated in black and white.

I love the fact that Big Sean rocked a t-shirt with his suit, but the tailoring looks a bit off and he definitely needed a belt to pull everything together.

Brandy went space age Barbie in this Michael Costello creation which she paired with pink suede Casadei pumps.

Chris Brown kept it pretty casual in a floral print bomber, shorts and sneakers.

Christina Milian showed off her svelte figure in a metal embellished halter top and matching high waisted trousers.  Jimmy Choo sandals rounded out her look.

Ciara hit the red carpet with her boo Russel Wilson in a revealing Wes Gordon dress styled with Stuart Weitzman 'Nudist' sandals.

Flo Rida added a pop of color to the red carpet in a rose colored suit and Gucci accessories.

Floyd Mayweather looked Kentucky Derby fresh in pastels.

French Montana rocked a simple button up and jeans with Maison Martin Margiela sneakers.

Gabrielle Union turned heads in a liquid black Halston Heritage halter dress with cutout details at the waistline.

Janelle Monae styled in a custom caped look by SAFiYAA and Giuseppe Zanotti sandals.

Karrueche Tran revealed a new 'do (and some rock hard abs) on the red carpet!  She looked super sexy in a Stello 'Whitesnake Venom' Crop Jacket and matching trousers layered over La Perla's 'Graphique Couture Carioca' bra.

So a lot of people hated Kelly Rowland's Lever Couture feather embellished ensemble, but I liked the fact that she took a risk on the red carpet.

Kendrick Lamar was spotted in a striped sweater and Timbs.

Lala Anthony went for a fun summery look in this Peter Pilotto mini which she rocked with Giuseppe Zanotti sandals.

Laverne Cox went with a tuxedo-inspired piece from 'Project Runway' winner Dmitry Sholokhov worn with her fave studded pumps.

Letoya Luckett was a vision in a white House of Zhivago dress.

While the Hervé Léger bandage silhouette is a bit dated, this army green gown worn by Michelle Williams was quite elegant.

Naturi Naughton stood out from the crowd in an African-inspired print creation by Mind of Kye.

Nicki Minaj, pictured with boyfriend Meek Mill, served up modern-day Morticia Addams in a zip-front lace Givenchy dress and Tom Ford sandals.

Zendaya sparkled in a Nicolas Jebran shirtdress and some serious platform sandals by Roberto Cavalli.

Monica went the elegant route in this sleek Stéphane Rolland Couture cape gown.
